Remus+Sirius

I just had a epiphany RE why they switched Secret Keepers.

So, all we know is that Sirius convinced J&L to switch to Peter last moment.

We know that they suspected Remus.

We know that Remus suspected Sirius.

What if the reason that they switched is that Sirius realised that if it was Remus he would have very little defence against telling him if we assume they were together because he would do anything for Remus and it’s not that Sirius was weak per se, but that he knew he would be more vulnerable to an attack from Remus. And that’s why Remus didn’t trust Sirius because he was trying to keep his distance. And that’s why no one suspected Peter because he wasn’t involved in this.

Peter was separate, not involved in any other Marauders, but we know that that he looked up to James, and that would have almost definitely involved loyalty.

So everyone thinks that Peter is loyal to James and he doesn’t have a weakness with either of the other Marauders. That is why they switched from Sirius to Peter and never even considered Remus. Because Remus was a werewolf, a naturally dark creature. Perhaps he had been liaising with the werewolves but couldn’t tell the others, top secret and what not. IDK.

But yeah.

 

What do you guys think, Wolfstar shippers? And of course anyone else.

If this is common knowledge then I’m just gonna look like an idiot but oh well.

if the marauders were a boy band remus would be the gay one and sirius would be the other gay one and they’d have like a following of girls who want to get with them and then girls who want to see them get with each other and it would be fantastic and they’d get caught being all cutesy with little sneaky kisses or holding hands or idk feeding each other ice cream one day and then the same night they’d be caught fucking in the back alley behind some club and they’d have to be like Oh no we’re not together and Oh no we’re not even shagging because their management would be shit but everyone would know the truth and it would make it all the better because then there’s even more fanfics and gifs of their moments and james would just roll his eyes and peter would pretend it wasn’t happening and lily would be at the fucking head of the wolfstar fangirls and i don’t know i just have feelings about wolfstar and boy bands and sigh
